They are 'On Accelerating the Construction of New Electrochemical Energy Storage Infrastructure and Supporting the National 3060 Strategic Objective Implementation Proposal' and 'Proposal on Strengthening Intellectual Property Protection of Lithium Batteries'.

Zeng Yuqun said that photovoltaic + energy storage has made great achievements in helping carbon peak and carbon neutrality. It is recommended to strengthen top-level design, accelerate power market reform, formulate and improve energy storage The standard system and other aspects promote the key position of electrochemical energy storage in the construction of my country's energy system in the future.

Zeng Yuqun suggested strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights in the lithium battery industry from three aspects: one is to deepen the evidence preservation system and rules; It is recommended to speed up the introduction of the trade secret protection system.
