Those of Arjenhelder _ electronics need some-Vibrating glue (see the photo).

When crossing after the amplifier, the processing of the complete amplification signal must be very large, and balancing the treble speaker and the bass speaker volume must waste power.
However, we always need to separate the high and low of the mp3 player and orient them to both the tweeter and the bass speaker.
So the secret of a good integrated amplifier setup is that we put a small crossover before the amplifier.
This gives us a UN.

We route one of them to the left channel input of the amplifier and the other to the right channel input of the amplifier.
Then on the output side of the amplifier, we connect the left channel directly to the tweeter and the right channel directly to the bass speaker.

Another option is to use the mixing board.
Some small mixing boards in the range of $50 to $100 can provide this kind of crossover, I haven\'t tried it myself, but it looks like it\'s possible.
Remove the speaker back panel first.
Depending on the Speaker, this can be easy or difficult.
If it\'s not possible, you can remove the bass speakers to get inside.
Inside the speaker (
Usually attached to the plate)is the built-in crossover.
Delete this and note the label on the wire: you want to identify \"and \"-
Wire for bass speakers and treble speakers.
Usually, if you need to double it will also be attached to the bass and treble speakerscheck.
Cut the wire to the intersection and remove it.
Also, see where there is enough space to install the amp and cross switch.
On Peavey PR12N, the board is large enough to accommodate the amplifier.
The Pyle PPHP121 has a very large plate and is easy to use.
On the Behringer B212XL there is no back plate at all, so I will stick the amp somewhere in the box.
If you don\'t have a back panel, there\'s another option --
You can wire all 4 wires outside the bass and treble speakers and connect the amplifier to the outside.
We need to connect the crossover and amplifier to the back panel (
Or somewhere else inside).

Remove the built-inin crossover-
Remove some of the input jacks that come with the Speaker if needed-
Put a power jack in the back (
I used an existing hole or just drilled a new one)-
Pre-drill mounting holeamp crossover. (
I cross with my monoXover).
I also put two holes so I can adjust the tweeter and bass balance knob from the outside. -
Drill the mounting holes to match my TK2050 amp this shows the TK2050 \"improved\" model amplifier from sure electronics.
Please note that I removed the fan from the amp.
When used inside the Speaker, the bass speaker will generate a large amount of airflow to cool the amplifier and there is no need for a fan. -
If you use my monoXover crossover, the bass speaker output will be \"out2\" on the AMP and the treble speaker will be \"out1\" on the amp \". -
If you are not sure which output frequency is high and which output frequency is low, test each output with a normal unmodified speaker to hear it. -
Connect the bass and treble speakers to the amplifier.
Note: depending on the type of crossover you use, you may need to flip the tweeter cable.

Or any 2nd order Crossing)

Our reference is a set of Deep\'s 120 V active power Yamaha.
Deep has been using his mobile dance party setup around San Francisco for the last few years, so it\'s a good comparison.
Our 24 V Speaker measurement was successful!
I made 3 different systems with 100 W TK2050 amps.
The Yamaha reference speaker is rated much higher but less efficient.
All the speakers are very close at the whole volume and the b212xl is a little quieter.
The sound quality of Yamaha and b212xl is significantly better than that of other products.
This is not a race in the use of electricity.
In the case of equal volume, all 3 settings with TK2050 amps use power of about 1/3 Yamaha settings (
With inverter).
1/3 of the power consumption means we don\'t need a car battery to power these systems.
They run well on a smaller and lighter gel cell.
Also, the inverter is not required.
I haven\'t tried making my own speakers yet.
This is quite time consuming.
I\'m not sure if you can improve efficiency by making the box yourself, but you can reduce the weight.
Searching on structures and the web, you can find many projects about building your own box.
In addition to building your own box, you can also buy your favorite bass and treble speakers --
