In the field of two-wheeled vehicles, Tianchen New Energy focuses on 2.5Ah, 2.6Ah, 2.9Ah ternary 18650 cylindrical products, and reserves 21,700 batteries; in response to different market needs, the company has also developed 26,700 lithium iron phosphate battery cells. At present, the company's mass-produced 18650-2600mAh batteries can achieve a continuous 5C discharge cycle, and the maximum discharge current can withstand 10C; in terms of service life, 0.5C charge 1C discharge cycle life can reach more than 1000 times, 5C discharge cycle use The life span is more than 500 times. In view of the low temperature charging problem faced by lithium iron phosphate battery applications, the lithium iron phosphate 26700-4000mAh battery developed by the company can be used in a -10 environment, 0.2C charging, and can be recycled under normal discharge conditions. At the same time, the product is also very cost-effective. Huang Jinhui further stated that in terms of module safety design, the cylindrical battery cell has low energy, uniform heat dissipation, and good structural force. A reasonable module structure design can block a single failed battery cell and prevent the battery cell from being damaged. Chain reaction, improve and solve the thermal runaway problem of the battery pack, and improve the safety and stability of the battery pack.
