It has successively built kW-level power generation system, 5kW system performance detection equipment, 5kW power generation system and 15kW power generation system, and finally used Tianxi Company's synthesis Su Chunsheng, a member of the project team and the director engineer of the Coal Chemical Research Institute of Jinmei Group, said that the project team has mastered the low-cost, high-performance solid oxide fuel power cell single cell preparation technology, carbon-based fuel Power generation module integration and stable operation technology; studied the high-temperature reaction process between high-temperature CO2 and solid carbon, mastered the continuous fuel delivery and heat balance management technology; built the exhaust gas solution burner, mastered the exhaust gas combustion technology; mastered the various units Matching connection between the two and the connected operation technology of the overall system. The theoretical calculation result states that the overall power generation efficiency, carbon conversion rate and CO2 capture rate of the system can meet the design requirements. Solid oxide fuel power cells have high current density and power density, carry out chemical reactions at high temperatures, and have internal reforming capabilities, which can significantly extend their service life. The battery materials are all made of domestic materials. Among them, the electrode materials use my country's abundant rare earth materials, which are relatively low in cost; the electrolyte is solid, which prevents the evaporation and leakage of the electrolyte; the sealing material uses the glass ceramic material independently developed by Jinmei Group. In the next step, the project team will further optimize the related components and structure of the stack, reduce the attenuation rate and increase the number of cycles of the stack, in order to achieve a longer period of operation. Linked fuel power cell is a power generation device that directly converts chemical energy stored in fuel and oxidant into electrical energy. Compared with the conversion of traditional power generation from chemical energy-internal energy-mechanical energy-electrical energy, the device can achieve one step from chemical energy to electrical energy. The energy conversion efficiency can reach 60% to 80%, and the actual use efficiency is 2 to 3 times that of a general internal combustion engine. .
