Precautions for BMS operation of 16 series lithium iron phosphate batteries
1. Static electricity should be prevented during assembly and use
Do not touch the conductive part of the protection board with your hands; if direct contact is necessary, the human body should be well grounded or Discharge the static electricity of the body; the soldering iron used for welding and the power tools used for assembly must be well grounded and there is no leakage.
2. Avoid stress on the protective board during assembly and use, so as not to damage the electronic components and cause the circuit board to fail.
3. Soldering
The temperature of the soldering iron tip is less than 280 degrees; the time for soldering the same device should not exceed 10S; do not use acid flux.
4. Storage
If the battery pack is stored for a long time, the battery pack needs to be charged regularly due to the quiescent current of the protection board and the self-discharge of the battery; when storing, pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof.
5. Transportation
During transportation, attention should be paid to waterproof, moisture-proof, extrusion, collision, etc., so as not to damage the protective plate.
6. Maintenance
When the protection board fails, please ask professionals for inspection and maintenance.
