Based on the input of product strategic project modules, clarify the corresponding production line process, equipment requirements and specific methods in the future. Currently, lithium-ion battery companies and equipment companies have an incomplete understanding and understanding of intelligent manufacturing. Battery companies cannot accurately propose requirements for intelligent manufacturing, and equipment companies and MES companies do not understand the process requirements for intelligent manufacturing of lithium-ion batteries. As a result, the project still has many areas to be improved, which is the current pain point of the lithium-ion battery industry. Li Wei believes that the intelligent manufacturing system architecture includes the three dimensions of life cycle, system level and intelligent functions. In the lithium-ion battery manufacturing process, the deployment of the MES system can improve the real-time performance of data traceability and the comprehensiveness of data collection, but it still needs to be optimized in terms of quality, operation, data, systems, processes, and equipment. In this regard, Lishen’s move is to clarify the future Lishen Group’s product strategy and the overall optimization method for future equipment upgrades, based on cost optimization goals, to fully optimize the production business process and management system, and create and integrate the business and management needs.
