Battery companies cannot accurately propose requirements for intelligent manufacturing, and equipment companies and MES companies do not understand the process requirements for intelligent manufacturing of lithium-ion batteries. Li Wei believes that the intelligent manufacturing system architecture includes the three dimensions of life cycle, system level and intelligent functions. In the lithium-ion battery manufacturing process, the deployment of the MES system can improve the real-time performance of data traceability and the comprehensiveness of data collection, but it still needs to be optimized in terms of quality, operation, data, systems, processes, and equipment.
