In order to enhance the company's competitiveness and ensure the stable delivery of products, Desay Battery began to explore the automated manufacturing of lithium-ion battery packs in 2011. By 2013, it has 60 automated production lines, but it can only meet the manufacturing of single products. Under this circumstance, Desay Battery began to upgrade to the direction of flexible production lines, launching high-speed and high-precision flexible production lines to meet product delivery in different application fields. As of 2020, Desay Battery has more than 200 PACK automated production lines. In order to ensure the continued leading competitive advantage, Desay Battery will adopt more advanced robotics technology in 2021, and at the same time integrate AI vision technology, do bus integrated control, realize the digital display of processes and products, and make our design more standardized and Modular and structured.
