From the Operating voltage vs. load resistance chart below, you can see the state of the battery voltage at 50% of the battery under different load and temperature conditions. When the load is at 0.1MΩ, the battery voltage is 3.09V when the ambient temperature is 80°C, the battery voltage is 2.98V when the ambient temperature is 60°C, and the battery voltage is 2.88V when the ambient temperature is 20°C. When the ambient temperature is -10 °C, the battery voltage is 2.76V, and when the ambient temperature is -20 °C, the battery voltage is 2.62V.
