Tesla 4680 battery can be charged to 80% in 15 minutes

On the whole, the 4680 battery pack can be charged to 44% with a charging power of 275kW, and it can be charged to 50% while maintaining a charging power of 250kW. In contrast, after the 2170 battery is charged to 25%, the charging rate drops rapidly to 150kW until it drops below 100kW. It is understood that the Tesla 4680 battery uses laser-engraved electrodeless technology. The larger the size of the traditional power lithium battery cell, the higher the energy density, and the longer the range of the electric car. The disadvantage is that the heat is more difficult to control, and the tabs in the existing batteries are important components for the battery to generate heat.
