Currently, lithium batteries are the most critical component in energy equipment, with a wide range of applications, such as mobile electronic equipment, power cars, etc. A part of the battery production process is capacity separation. Traditional linear lithium battery capacity separation testing equipment can hardly reach a satisfactory level in terms of energy consumption and performance. Under such a market background, the country's entry barriers to the lithium battery industry are constantly increasing, and the living space of traditional linear devices has become narrower. The traditional volumetric technique is a complete test. The specific process is: first fully charge the battery (to the highest set voltage), then empty the battery (to the lowest set voltage), and record the battery capacity and function during the discharge process. . The architecture uses dual inverter power supply as the basis, and the battery is charged with constant current or constant voltage during charging, and the charging efficiency is high; the discharge process According to the actual situation, constant current or constant voltage discharge is also used, and the released energy is fed back to the AC grid for recovery; instead of directly using the heating method to directly consume the energy in the battery.

The working efficiency depends on the voltage difference between the input and output voltages. The average efficiency is 50%, and the total efficiency is 35%-40%. The discharging process is also similar to the charging process. Because they are all two-way power supplies, the feedback efficiency and charging efficiency of the feedback device are similar, ranging from 75% to 80%. When the linear power supply is discharged, all the battery energy is lost in the form of heat. The JJ Energy feedback equipment has been repeatedly tested and tested in practice, and from the test data of some battery cell factories, it can be seen that the total power consumption of a single cycle test includes the consumption of the three steps of charging, discharging, and recharging. Take the 5V3A sub-capacity cabinet with 512 channels of Jingjie energy 18650 battery as an example, the battery specification is 2200mAH, the average voltage is 3.7V, and the energy required for full charge is 8.14 WH.
