CTECHi Reveals the Results of High-Temperature Testing for Its Power Stations

2024-02-29

Ensuring the safety and reliability of energy storage solutions is no easy task. To shed light on the importance of high-temperature resistance in power stations, CTECHi conducted rigorous testing to simulate extreme conditions and evaluate performance.

High temperatures pose a significant challenge for electronic devices, especially those containing batteries. With temperatures soaring up to 70 degrees Celsius inside vehicles during hot weather, it's essential to assess whether power stations can withstand such conditions.

The answer is a resounding YES! Through meticulous testing at our technical center, CTECHi's power stations demonstrated remarkable resilience even at temperatures as high as 80 degrees Celsius. This ensures that users can safely store power stations in their vehicles' compartments without worrying about malfunctions or safety hazards.

Key to this resilience is the use of LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) batteries, known for their high discharge rates, stable voltage output, and exceptional safety features. With a tolerance of up to 800 degrees Celsius, LiFePO4 batteries offer peace of mind even in the most extreme conditions.

CTECHi's power stations also undergo stringent testing, including "needle puncture tests," to ensure they remain safe and functional under various circumstances. In addition to high-temperature resistance, our power stations are equipped with advanced BMS (Battery Management System) technology, providing eight core protection mechanisms to safeguard against malfunctions and emergencies.

Whether it's enduring the scorching heat of summer or navigating rough terrain, CTECHi's power stations are built to withstand the toughest conditions, offering reliability and peace of mind for users everywhere.
