Quality control of the lithium battery production process, finished product inspection

The control of the finished product is the last quality control link before the product leaves the factory. After the product passes, all the characteristics will be displayed in front of the user.

After the finished product is completed, according to the sampling plan of GB2828, the finished product is sampled for appearance, electrical performance, drop and other sampling tests, and the batch is judged whether it is qualified or not according to the requirements of the national standard. Unqualified batches shall be fully inspected to eliminate all defective products.

Perform a drop test on the packaged finished product to confirm that there will be no performance changes during the transportation and handling of the product.
